Mandate is built to manage your projects, for you only. It is not a communication tool. Priority levels and workflow are fixed. You do not have to set it up. It works out of the box.

90% done is not done.
Progress visible by the number of done items

No burndown charts. No story points. Visual indicators of how much was done and what tickets are left.
Bug extermination

Bug fixes are not progress. You do not celebrate the killing of a cockroach. Deal with bugs as soon as possible. Tolerating bugs is how you get infestations. They are recorded quickly and wiped from mind quickly.
